AI Personalities

Personalities are reusable presets that define the assistant's tone and behavior. Pick a built‑in persona like Standard, Sage, Info, or Codey, or create your own.

Where to configure

Go to SettingsGeneral and open Custom personality.

Create a custom personality

  1. Click Add Custom Personality.
  2. Give it a Name (e.g., Support Pro).
  3. Write the Prompt describing tone, style and rules. Keep it clear and concise.
  4. Save.

Use it in your chatbot

Once saved, select the personality in SettingsGeneral. The chatbot will answer queries using that persona's guidelines.

Tips

  • Keep prompts short and specific.
  • Describe tone (friendly, concise, professional).
  • List do's/don'ts for formatting or disclaimers.
