AI Personalities
Personalities are reusable presets that define the assistant's tone and behavior. Pick a built‑in persona like Standard, Sage, Info, or Codey, or create your own.
Where to configure
Go to Settings → General and open Custom personality.
Create a custom personality
- Click Add Custom Personality.
- Give it a Name (e.g., Support Pro).
- Write the Prompt describing tone, style and rules. Keep it clear and concise.
- Save.
Use it in your chatbot
Once saved, select the personality in Settings → General. The chatbot will answer queries using that persona's guidelines.
Tips
- Keep prompts short and specific.
- Describe tone (friendly, concise, professional).
- List do's/don'ts for formatting or disclaimers.
