Authorized Domains

Restrict your chatbot to work only on specific domains to protect it from unauthorized use and maintain control over where it appears.

This feature helps you:

• Prevent unauthorized use of your chatbot on other websites
• Control access for premium or paid chatbot services
• Ensure your chatbot only appears on approved domains

How to configure authorized domains

Follow these simple steps to restrict your chatbot to specific domains:

1. Go to your EchowiseAI dashboard and select your chatbot
2. Navigate to Settings → General
3. Find the "Allowed Domain List" section
4. Add your authorized domains (one per line)
5. Click "Save changes"

Important notes

• Leave the domain list empty to allow your chatbot on any website
• When domains are specified, your chatbot will only work on those domains
• Users will see an error message if they try to use your chatbot on unauthorized domains
• Add domains without "http://" or "https://" (e.g., "example.com")
